25-50% Off Annual Agreement Fees!
Upon the release of LEAD™, EXCELEAS® will offer Tier 1 to Tier 4 law enforcement agencies a 25% discount on the annual agreement fee when they initially register. Tier 5, 6, and 7 agencies will receive a 50% discount. These discounts will be in place for the first three years of the program, expiring at the end of the third year. Agencies registering in the first and second years will receive the discounts until they expire.
All incentives offered by EXCELEAS®, to include agency referral incentives, will include the 25% or 50% agreement fee discount. In theory, your agency can offset its cost of the program through referrals of other agencies.
Agency and Organization Referral Program
To ramp-up wide-scale national participation, EXCELEAS® will offer referral incentives to agencies responsible for attracting other law enforcement agencies to join LEAD™. Quick expansion benefits all agencies. Fast growth will spur significant results for everyone, especially savings potential.
For each new law enforcement agency your agency refers, you receive 15% of their annual agreement fee1 credited to your renewal cost. You will receive this incentive for three years.2 No limits exist on referral discounts.3 If you achieve discounts exceeding your annual agreement fee, we will apply them to any applicant registration fees incurred. We apply any remaining balances to future years’ expenses.
The referral incentives plan will exist for the first five years of the program. Near the end, we will examine the policy and its effectiveness to determine an extension period. We encourage agency executives, recruiters, and background investigators to share the word about LEAD™. When the new agency registers, ask them to list the name of your agency in the referral field. We’ll take care of the rest.
1 The 15% applies to the full agreement fee, regardless of the new agency receiving a promotional discount for joining in the first three years of LEAD™
