Where is EXCELEAS® located?

Our headquarters is within One Oxford Centre, at 301 Grant Street, Suite 270, in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

At EXCELEAS®, our market is the entire United States law enforcement community, not just large agencies with eight, nine and ten-figure budgets.  We are here for the small agencies too, and we are affordable.  Our service should pay for itself.

Unlike selling Records Management Software (RMS) or Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) programs, we sell a one-of-a-kind service.  LEAD™ is the only program of its kind offering all the features it contains.  Many companies are producing RMS and CAD software.  There is only one LEAD™.

We take our program seriously.  A Pennsylvania police officer with real-world law enforcement experience created LEAD™, with a genuine desire to positively impact the policing profession.  We are here to assist all agencies in America with more success in their recruitment efforts and to help them improve relationships within their communities.

Upon your initial sign-up with LEAD™, we bill your agency for the annual agreement fee, with full payment due in 30 days.  We track applicant registration fees and charge them to your account annually.

Following your anniversary, EXCELEAS® will send your agency an invoice for the annual agreement fee, and include the previous year’s applicant registration fees, minus any applicable discounts.  Full payment is due within 30 days.
